Legal Notice

NOTICE is hereby given Beaver Borough Council will hold a public hearing and consider the following two amendments to the zoning ordinance on August 9, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the Borough Building located at 469 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. This meeting is open to the  public.

1. AN AMENDMENT TO THE BEAVER BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH A TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT.
2. AN AMENDMENT TO THE BEAVER BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP TO INCLDE A TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT.

The purpose of this overlay district is to reinforce the established character of Beaver Borough and expand housing options. The full text of said proposed Ordinances are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the municipal building.

Beaver Municipal Authority meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. and the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Beaver Borough Building. Any person requiring special accommodations should contact the Borough at (724) 773-6700.

Shade Tree Commission meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Borough Building.

Beaver Borough Council Work Session meetings on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. These meetings are held in the Community Room of the Borough Building. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodations should contact the Borough at 724-773-6700.
