NOTICE is hereby given Beaver Borough Council will hold a public hearing and consider the following two amendments to the zoning ordinance on August 9, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. in the Borough Building located at 469 Third Street, Beaver, PA 15009. This meeting is open to the public.
- AN AMENDMENT TO THE BEAVER BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH A TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT.
- AN AMENDMENT TO THE BEAVER BOROUGH ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP TO INCLDE A TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY DISTRICT.
The purpose of this overlay district is to reinforce the established character of Beaver Borough and expand housing options. The full text of said proposed Ordinances are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the municipal building.
